These Terms govern your use of abacoadigital.com and your communications with Abacoa Digital LLC ("Abacoa Digital," "we," "us"). By using the site, submitting our contact form, or messaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

Abacoa Digital designs and builds AI agents, automation, websites, and related software for businesses. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) that controls over these Terms where they conflict.

When you submit the contact form or reach out, you authorize us to respond by phone, email, or text using the details you provide. Information you send us is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or our communications to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with our systems. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Abacoa Digital unless noted. Ownership of deliverables we build for a client is set by that client's written agreement (our standard is that the client owns the delivered system).

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and any general information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Abacoa Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Paid engagements are governed by the liability terms in their own agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
